This photo project assembles images threaded with two impulses: one is the romantic tradition of picturing the world, and the other, an examination of forces affecting that world. I have documented the bridge control building for Keating Channel in the East Portland of Toronto. In tandem, this project includes doucmented and found images of animal and human inhabitants in close and mediated proximity (i.e. webcam screengrabs of urban peregrine nest sites).
